Dear Valued PETNET Customer,
Siemens Healthineers Hackensack is currently undergoing unplanned remediation activities that require a temporary suspension of production.
As a result, production scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday has been cancelled while our teams complete these activities and perform the necessary system assessments. We are actively working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible; however, the duration of the outage is not yet known. We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.
PETNET Enhancements for Specialty Product Ordering Effective March 2

This letter is to inform you that we will be updating our e-Ordering tool, PETNET Direct, on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The outage window will be from 1:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST.
We are pleased to announce the following new features for ordering specialty products:
• Streamlined ordering form
• Order multiple doses for the same date
• Order from both the primary and secondary pharmacy (if applicable) for the same date
• View available calibration times from primary and secondary pharmacies (if applicable)
• Select a reason code for dose cancellations
• View Programs (340B) on the main dashboard
• Switch to another customer number on the order entry page
Reminder - Order Lead Days for Specialty Products
PETNET Solutions is pleased to announce that effective September 15, 2025, we will be rolling out the following enhancements:
• Order lead days for specialty products will be updated from 2 business days to 1 business day
• There will be a 2:00 P.M. local time ‘day prior’ cutoff for order submission in PETNET Direct. Any requests after that time will require a phone call to the Customer Care Team, 877-473-8638, prompt 1 to inquire about availability.
