    Radiopharma Jacksonville Facility Update - May 21, 2026

    Dear Valued Radiopharma Customer,

    Following a thorough investigation and remediation process, we are pleased to confirm that the Jacksonville facility now meets all applicable safety and compliance standards.

    As a result, we have received the necessary approval for the pharmacy to resume Amyvid production on Friday, May 22.



    Reminder Regarding FDG Dose Credit Requests

    We would like to remind you that any credit request for an FDG dose must be submitted in compliance with the 24-hour notification window outlined in the contract clause.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to approve dose credits that do not meet the 24-hour notification criteria agreed upon in the contract.

    We encourage you to review the full dose allowance clause in your contract for future reference to ensure all requirements and criteria are met.

    Boston Manufacturing Interruption

    May 6, 2026

    Dear Valued PETNET Customer,

    We are experiencing a Cerianna® manufacturing interruption at our Boston facility and we are performing continued testing to rectify.

    To mitigate patient impact and ensure continuity of service, our Customer Care team will continue to utilize our New York Pharmacy and coordinate regional distribution for scheduled patient doses where possible.

    Our Customer Care team will continue to contact you to adjust any patient doses that cannot be accommodated at the original calibration time requested. We realize that rescheduling patients to accommodate revised calibration times can negatively impact your daily workflow and appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this time.

    Reminder - Order Lead Days for Specialty Products

    PETNET Solutions is pleased to announce that effective September 15, 2025, we will be rolling out the following enhancements:

    • Order lead days for specialty products will be updated from 2 business days to 1 business day
    • There will be a 2:00 P.M. local time ‘day prior’ cutoff for order submission in PETNET Direct. Any requests after that time will require a phone call to the Customer Care Team, 877-473-8638, prompt 1 to inquire about availability.
