Temporary Hackensack Service Interruption to Support Cyclotron Expansion - July 10 - July 12

Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to share that Siemens Healthineers Radiopharma has begun construction to install a third cyclotron at our Hackensack facility. Once complete, this expansion will increase local radiopharmaceutical production capacity and further strengthen product availability for patients and providers in the market.
To safely complete the required construction activities, the Hackensack facility will be temporarily out of service from Friday, July 10, through Sunday, July 12. During this period, patient doses will be supported by a sister location where feasible or rescheduled in coordination with your team.
PETNET Boston Cerianna Production Update
We are pleased to announce that, beginning July 2, 2026, our Boston pharmacy will resume production of Cerianna. Our capacity schedule has been updated, and we are now accepting orders and scheduling patient doses.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption to our service and for the impact it has had on you and your patients. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Reminder Regarding FDG Dose Credit Requests
We would like to remind you that any credit request for an FDG dose must be submitted in compliance with the 24-hour notification window outlined in the contract clause.
Unfortunately, we are unable to approve dose credits that do not meet the 24-hour notification criteria agreed upon in the contract.
We encourage you to review the full dose allowance clause in your contract for future reference to ensure all requirements and criteria are met.

Reminder - Order Lead Days for Specialty Products
PETNET Solutions is pleased to announce that effective September 15, 2025, we will be rolling out the following enhancements:
• Order lead days for specialty products will be updated from 2 business days to 1 business day
• There will be a 2:00 P.M. local time ‘day prior’ cutoff for order submission in PETNET Direct. Any requests after that time will require a phone call to the Customer Care Team, 877-473-8638, prompt 1 to inquire about availability.
